How: the process

Below are three steps that are milestones for this service.

Step 1: Discovery

We have a 1-hour discovery conversation about your pains and short-term goals to understand the context and needs better.

My team and I will listen carefully, pay attention to your desired goals, and talk about them. We'll tell you whether your goals are set up fine and, in case, define the proper roadmap to achieve them.

Step 2: Roadmap

I will provide a summary organized by area and initial recommendations to meet the goals discussed during our discovery phase. Each summary will resemble the Notion page shown here and will take two weeks to prepare.

This is the base for defining the intermediate milestones to achieve the desired results.

Step 3: Program Kick-off

I'll share the completed roadmap from day 0 to the stars, divided mainly by quarter and monthly.

Two-week blocks make up our marketing cycles; in each one, we define specific activities that we roll out and work closely with you and your team to increase the daily metrics that count.
